The noise in this hotel is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You can hear literally everything from your room. The pool was also down for maintenance and that wasn’t on the website when booking so that really sucked. I’ve never been so disappointed by a Marriott before.
Last week, my wife and I flew into Boise/Meridian, unfortunately for the funeral of my closest friend of 47 years. When I went to check in at TownePlace, the young lady with a beautiful smile, asked me what brought me there. I told her I was there to attend my closest friends, funeral, and deliver a eulogy. I could see her smile change to an Expression of empathy. She offered her condolences and proceeded to check me into my room. The staff were great! Free breakfast was good too. Unfortunately the indoor pool wasn't working but they posted that on their website. Using booking.com was my mistake because they didn't let me know about the pool. I found out after I couldn't cancel the trip because it was too late. I got a room with a kitchenette which was great because we love to cook.
Can someone tell me why this word art is in every room? Whomever the artist was was clearly in a rush when they wrote “expevted.” Even Google Maps tried to autocorrect me.
