I rented two rooms on 6/26. There was obviously a flood at some point because both rooms had moldy water stains on the vinyl type flooring in the kitchen entry and bathrooms. Secondly, when they charged one of the rooms for a $50 pet fee for my small dog the bank declined the charge. They called me to let me know and said they would try again.
