Great service and very friendly staff
went to a few other dealers in the Buffalo area, kept getting pushed around and kept getting voicemails when I really needed answers. but Steve over there really pulled through for me and got me in my car in a day's time! great deal, great staff, very up front with you and willing to help you every step of the way, would recommend to anyone looking for a vw!

They were ready for me on time, performed the work requested quickly and provided a courtesy car wash. As always, my service rep, Lisa Martin, was her polite efficient self. I will be back for all my service needs.
This place is really great- My lease was a little pricey, but I love the car and it seems worth it to me. The service department is excellent. They always get my car in on time for appointments, sometimes when I arrive a little early they get it in the shop right away. Complimentary car wash? Heck yes! I feel like they care about my car and really do a good job. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
