Super clean, very nice unit. Easy to access and get in when needed. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and can communicate and understand them. Will use them if I ever need storage again.
I spoke with Alyce who was very professional and accommodating as I am in another state. Would highly recommend this location.
Several months as a customer and only at this location for convenience to my house. The gate was broken the first several weeks, then I noticed that many new customers, myself included, were never told how to get out of the facility. The key pad is worn off and at a terrible angle, so I have to get out of my car anyways. Finally, I came around the corner since the layout is supposed to be conducive to not making turn around, and there was a gigantic pot hole that my sedan completely lost that battle to.
