Seemed like a good place, but the exit gate was broken for months and the place was burglarized twice, and there was no communication about any of it. I was spending almost $300 a month for them to keep my stuff safe, and they can’t be bothered to at least let me know that there was a break in. My unit got tossed - luckily nothing was stolen, but they ruined boxes, stepped on and ruined things in there that I had saved for a reason. I cleared out my unit as soon as I could after I found out in my own.
Kim was awesome. Didn’t mind taking her to time to re explain everything. Just a pleasure.

Kim was so helpful, she was working by herself on auction day. She's a trooper! Renting out uhaul vehicles, Renting out storage spaces and taking care of us storage auction buyers. Great customer service even under pressure and not being able to take her lunch.. thank you Kim
