The facility is wonderful but Kim is the Star of this review! Today was our second time to see her. She is very efficient, pleasant, patient and informative. We were looking for storage and Towne Storage was the first (and only place) we popped into last week, that's when we initially met Kim. She was very welcoming, friendly, informative, not pushy at all, patient, answered all our questions, etc. but we didn't get a storage space last week, as we were unsure of what we were going to do.
