Fantastic storage space, very accommodating, Loretta is a wonderful and accommodating human being, and we laughed all the way into my next storage unit. This has always been a painless experience and I even look forward to seeing whomever is in the office. Thank you!
Mixed reviews for the company itself. They definitely raised the rate during the four years that I had my stuff there which was really annoying. They have also had various site managers and most have been “not helpful!”. Also they seem like they can never have a properly working dolly available. Elevators are ALWAYS BROKEN!! MANAGER is NEVER there!!! Now, storages are being broken into by people they allow to live there. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. They make you pay $10 monthly insurance and once your stuff is stolen, they only cover $2,000. Go somewhere else!
Loretta and Zach provided great service! They were able to answer all of my questions with confidence and ease. Very Satisfied!
