I left a review earlier but changed it after I felt a slight resolution. Here I am again because it’s just not a good operation here. I called a few days ago because Im really trying to customize my payment date. Asked but was not helped, made to feel like an idiot just for asking to change my due date. I specifically talked to the manager here after the assistant was very unhelpful. He told me he would note my account and help me work it out. Felt slightly better. Then I’m charged a fee anyway!? Very poor experience as I go... read more
