This is a good Condo community near the Bellevue downtown. Whoever looking for place near downtown, this place is a perfect fit. For the 3b flat the bedrooms and living rooms are spacious, but the kitchen is small and feels congested.

Grew up there my whole life but it needs better security our car once got stolen
It’s a good Condo community near the Bellevue downtown. The rooms and living rooms are big, but the kitchen is very small and feels congested. We also did see too much bugs around when walking.
We've lived here for 5+ years. Nice location with several rentals and owners' homes, outdoor seasonal pool. For unknown reason, the outdoor pool was not open for a year even after COVID restrictions were lifted. Some units are kept and updated, while ours could use a renovation, but landlord is reluctant to spend any money. Another downside is they don't allow dogs, unless it's service dog.
