I ordered online and the only option I was given for shipping was the 'expedited' option and I was told I would receive my tracking information shortly after the purchase. It has been 2 weeks since that order and I have yet to receive the tracking order/ confirmation or my purchased item. I called the customer service number and the reason for the delay was that they were very backed up.
