I received a final notice in the mail from Towne Properties about my HOA dues with fees attached for “legal letter” fees and other late fees. After speaking with the account manager, explaining that I never received anything prior to this, she said that I did receive previous notice. NO, I did not!! They couldn’t explain most of the fees and said that some were forwarded from the previous management company that they recently took over from. All they do is take your money and provide the bare minimum. They don't enforce any of the rules like kids playing in the parking lot, Enforcing parking rules. They will respond when they get ready and when they do its a lie. They don't follow up or do anything to keep this community the way it is supported to be kept. Renters come here and do whatever they want and there is no consequence for thier actions. Towne Properties is so full of it. ****** has been absolutely useless in assisting us regarding enforcing the community bylaws and covenants. Including but not limited to, children playing in the parking lot (not allowed based on the covenants that all homeowners agreed to when moving here). After talking with the neighbors and repeated emails to ******, we found out that she'd been telling us one thing and the neighbors another. Terrible company. Never returns phone calls or resolves issues. Always excuses for why people not in the office or if working from home they apparently are not doing their job.

I have nothing but issues with this company. The minor ones of course are the fact that they're extremely rude and wont return a phone call to save their life. I had to drive up there after a month or two of trying to get our pool card last year. Then when we got there, some little woman was just as terrible and angry as can be. If you are a neighborhood, apartment complex or any other entity looking for a competent business to manage your property, stay far away from Towne Properties. They are negligent, unresponsive and rude. I could spend hours explaining what our neighborhood has been through but they have wasted enough week of my life.

I have called Towne .... - and asked for my account number - don't know why it was changed - or when - but doing business with this company is nearly impossible. A home up the street from me has 2 (two) drivers - 5 (five cars) 4 of which are parked on the street - we are supposed to have only 2 cars - and no parking on the street. Towne said they would write a letter - big deal!
