Just moved into Town Lake Apartments. My leasing agent Charles was fantastic. He was very helpful answered all my questions and was on top of everything having to do with the lease. The most attentive individual that I have dealt with in years. Enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone wanting to lease with Town Lake Apartments! Great Job
Horrible customer Service Called Saturday to see about an apartment she (sandy)said they would have one available in June so I made an appointment for Tuesday at 10 to see the apartment . I get there at 10am ready to check it out and she (sandy ) proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have anything and looked at me like I was crazy 🤪 she is crazy and rude 🤬. It’s been 1 and half year we are here in Towne lake apartment. Very wonderful ,helpful , and friendly people like misty and the maintenance guy sorry I forget his name he is the best . I recommend everyone to stay in this place safe and good.
I've been a resident at these apartments now for almost 7 years! It is clean, and quiet. The management, and maintenance staff are the best! I truly love our view of the lake. It is THE PERFECT spot to be at on the 4th of July!
