Ed was able to take some family heirloom jewelry we had and created an amazing engagement ring in a short time frame. It's absolutely beautiful! We cannot wait for them to create our wedding rings soon!
I have Ed do a few projects for me and what a craftsman. We were looking for a local jeweler to do some work for us and stumbled upon Towne Jewelers. We meet with Ed and he did his magic on a stone upgrade for a ring. We were so happy with his work that we took another piece into Ed and we designed a new ring. The owner of this business had me do design work for him, told me he would be paying me royalties and then ended up stealing my designs and royalties. This owner does not pay or respect his employees.
Ed is FANTASTIC! He worked with me to make a custom (like... very custom) engagement ring and subsequent wedding band. Super grateful for him and all the work, dedication, friendliness, professionalism, and overall great experience provided. Will be coming back soon to custom-ify my own wedding band. You should 100% come here for any jewelry needs or dreams!
If you are looking for a great honest qualified professional friendly experienced jeweler...Ed is the man! Towne Jewelers of Windsor was outstanding. My wife has a very very sentimental ring from her mom and we had a loose stone. Ed said he doesn't typically work on turquoise but would give it a look.
