Drove out to dealership today in hopes to purchase a 2022 Kona Nline which hyundai inventory stated they had 1 in stock..Kevin the salesman that came out to speak to me said we don't have any..I informed him of it online..stated that it's in transit and sold..so I asked about pricing and release date of the Kona N which is probably going to be about $45000..I recently bought a 21 Sonata Nline from Fucillo on the island for $35000..but going from a Jeep to car has been a trans… See more

Been dealing with Towne Hyundai for year's. Always excellent sales and service. Mike Warren did an excellent job. He deserves high grades. The only thing they need to up is their detail department. Bought 2 brand new Elantras, the windows and mirrors looked like someone took a dirty rag on them. Brutal!!!
I am extremely happy with the service I receive from this dealership. They are exceptional, the communication is nothing like I have seen before. The service team is outstanding and very detail oriented. They don't try to add on service items that you don't need or overcharge/oversell you. Everything is explained in detail so there are no "surprises" or astronomical costs. I appreciate their promptness, cleanlinesss and courtesy. Definitely a 5 star team here! I bought my ioniq there in 2019. I was very happy with the whole deal. I went back twice before deciding to buy. the whole deal was no pressure and I was happy with the sales price. Now with the covid crisis they are offering free pickup/dropoff for service. they wipe down your car after to make sure it's safe. plus I now do not expose my young children to any potential dangers. Service Dept took advantage of my mother. Free recalls turned into $1100 brake job with no estimate before hand. Do NOT get your service done there.
