Dining here is terrible this is what their website says: To make dining the pleasure it should be, entrées are served restaurant-style and feature full menu selection reflecting a nod to fresh, local ingredients, familiar favorites and appetizing selections. Service is exceptional. I live here and I have to send the food back at every meal. NO STAFF WITH VACCINES I Live at Towne Club Winder-mere and I found out that most of the staff have not been vaccinated. we were shut down a few weeks ago, because the cooks got covid and weren't vaccinated. They are not mandated to be vaccinated, but most assisted living facilities make sure that their staff has at least one shift where there are workers vaccinated. but they do not do that here.I ask that only people who are vaccinated enter my apartment, and I cant get help on the days they don't staff people with the v... read more

HEART HEALTHY NIGHTMARE! I have lived at Towne Club Windermere assisted living for the past 7 months and pay $5500 a month rent and cannot get a decent meal to eat. I am diabetic and have had bariatric surgery, so I have some dietary needs which the owner calls “EXTREME”! I ask for a diet with no salt or sugar or white flour or fried foods. If you are thinking of moving here, make sure you do not get an apartment on the left side of the building where they are building houses. I live here and it is so noisy, I cant keep my door open on my porch. they let the movers park under my door, making noise, blasting music, kids come now in the afternoon to play in the parking lot, even though this is supposed to be private property. the movers were here at 8pm the other night. the noise is terrible, and certainly not conducive to living in a quiet neighborhood. NO HOUSEKEEPING AGAIN I did not have housekeeping for 5 weeks because they put the activities director in charge of housekeeping, and it has been a disaster. Other residents did not have their apartments cleaned, they kept rearranging times and people, and most everyone was upset. This new director is so unorganized and the most dishonest person I have ever met. We are quarantined again! I hear its the kitchen staff now. Maybe the owner needs to hire more people who have had the vaccine. Many of the employees have not been vaccinated and the residents are the ones who suffer when they lock us down again! I put a sign on my front door to only allow employees who have been vaccinated to come in and most of the time they don't have any staff available who have taken the shots!!!! Beware.

No Meals Last week I had to call 911 because my dinner was never sent up. and it is supposed to be sent between 5p.m., and 5:30pm. I feel asleep in my chair waiting and it was 7:30p.m. and my sugars were sky high! 911 came and I was administered insulin and they sent for a meal. My health is being jeopardized every day here. So i order meals from a meal program every week now to make sure I have some food to eat. when boxes are delivered, the front desk calls us and will either deliver it or let us know to pick it up. this is what elder abuse looks like. today I had 5 teeth pulled and was in tremendous pain, when the kind and nice concierge offered to take my dog for a quick walk. she was met by the "activity director JJ" who has been writing up false grievances about me, and he told her she couldn't do that I should be walking my dog and took a picture of her and my dog for Proof!!
