Took too long to fixed the washer machine. Charge a fee to reserve elevator to move in and out. Also deducted $400 from my deposit for a scratch on the floor that was there when I moved-in. The scratch on the floor I mentioned to the property manager before moving in and she said not to worry about it.
I have lived here for almost 14 years, after selling the big house. It is a lovely building: clean, with wide hallways, excellent property management (with Jude, the new Property Manager of the past 3 years), outstanding maintenance individuals ("MacGyvers" Sasha and Jorge), and kind and simpatico concierges and security personnel (All). We moved to Towne Centre of Englewood 6 months ago. We downsized from a home to a two bedroom. After seeing many of the apartments in the area and dealing with a lot of sales people we were very taken by Anna and her honest concern for our needs. she didn’t try to ‘sell’ us on anything, she readily admitted when a floorplan was not right for us. she was incredibly patient with us and worked with us the whole step of the way until we got approved.
