Dennis Merrick was 5 stars. Came in on his day off and made delivery easy. The dealership however could do better. The car had 3000 miles on it and the right blind spot detection light was not working. I drove 1600 miles on the freeway without it. The other criticism is in the prep for ceramic coating. There was apparently no clay or polishing done before the ceramic application. A Denver dealer preps all new vehicles that way with no extra charge.
As usual, another job well done. The best dealership I’ve ever worked with!
I must share my new experience with West Herr BMW. I’ve been coming here since 1999 when it was Towne BMW and have always had Randy T as my salesman. Randy has retired and I needed to have a new salesman and quite honestly, I wasn’t happy about it. To my surprise, I met Doug R. The experience was flawless and I couldn’t be more relieved and appreciative. I can’t thank Doug enough for his care, experience, understanding and kindness. He’s amazing. In addition, I love my new BMW
I called a day in advance to ensure a car I was looking at was free of body damage or scratches. A salesman ensured me the car looked great. I get there and the first thing I notice on the car was a giant dent in the side panel, as well as a dent in the bumper, paint chips, and many scratches across the body of the car.
