Very professional
My appt was moved to June 15, 2026. They were runing behind. Did not had my Dr. To do the exam. Cavitron machine did not work. Hygn had to hand scale. She did not do any prophylexy cleaning or update the perio chart. She did use the powder to clean my coffee stain. And floss afterward. But on the check out recipt they listed all of the things the did not do and charge my insurance. So it's a Fraud. They set me another appt for exam, so they can charge me again for office visit.
