They raise rent $35.00 a year since new owners took over in 2021 with nothing to offer! The streets are a mess but, they remodeled the office and put up a fancy new sign. Oh WOW, low income people should feel so privileged to live in the trailer hood with a fancy new office and sign! If they paid for trash service and water, maybe that would justify the yearly increase. 5 star rent, with 1 star service!
I have been living in Town West for 10 years Sence new management has taken over. I seen Alot of changes but the changes are for good. Like getting rid all of the abandoned trailers They got rid of 4 abandoned trailers on my street and add new ones. The office staff is great. I enjoyed living now
Town west : excellent people in the office , they are always there to help with whatever question or information you need. Town west is a nice place to live always clean and quiet.
