Almost impossible to reach office via phone or email. Quality of court has went down badly over the past few years with new management. Rent keeps going up every year as well with no changes!
Lived here 10+ years, avoid at all costs. Rent goes up yearly, management changes far too often and are always very unfriendly. Impossible to contact office through phone number or email. We have had severe issues with one of our neighbors lately and they refuse to do anything about it even though this half of the street has issues with this neighbors (playing loud music, parking in front of your cars on purpose so you cant get out, etc).
Management is trash. They raise lot rent almost $50 every year. They will harrass you if they don't like you too. I've never lived there but this is the info that has been given to me by people who do live there.
Okay so who knew there were so many Trailer parks in St Charles 😳 but it was very nice and all of the trailers were maintained very well
