This apartment is such a hidden gem. It’s located in a super convenient spot just minutes from downtown, and is very quiet and cozy. The management is very responsive and attentive, and the maintenance is quick to fix any issues. Each unit has so much closet space and a great sized pantry which is a convenience that’s hard to find in the area. I had no complaints in the time I stayed here and moving is so bittersweet. If you’re looking for a nice community from your neighbors to your leasing office this is the place to be.
I'm sad to be leaving to be honest. Having seen my fair share of landlords being a student from the mainland, I daresay that this apartment has the management and I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 years I rented from Town Square Manors. Large, comfortable rooms that's not too old and simple (which is how I like it), my unit felt very cozy even during the coldest Alaskan winters. Location location location. I've had a Great! experience with the management and my neighbors. Everything is within walking distance and the bus stops right outside the complex. The rent is reasonable and the maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Overall Town Square Manor isn't a bad place to live
