RecommendedThe customer service was great. However the selection for Pandora birthday charms was lacking. There were only 3 or 4 available. Hopefully I just came in when their stock was down. I have not encountered this at Town Square on previous visits .
My husband and I have been shopping here for years. They are always helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this great community jewelry store. It is so nice to have people remember you and call you by name. The latest purchase with them was a Pandora ring that my husband gave me. Shelby was our customer service person and she tried for several weeks to get the correct size reordered. Town Square is the best. They resized my ring and was done before the estimated time. The ring looks fantastic. You cannot tell anything was done to it. Thank you Town Square for a job well done!!
Great customer service. I had charms added to a gold charm bracelet. The charms added were placed perfectly on my bracelet, and the turn around time was great. I would shop there and use them again for repairs. My daughter also purchase my pandora bracelet and charms there. The jewelry selection is very nice as well.
When I walked in, I Was greeted by a sweet pretty sale girl. She stopped what she was doing and gave me her full attention! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. After making my selection there was something else I wanted to look at and she remembered and took me right there!! It was a very pleasant shopping experience for a birthday gift!!
