TERRIBLE at managing the elderly and disabled!Such a fire hazard and no elevator, people that are disabled and elderly should have a working elevator at all times when it is a high rise apartment complex.
I think they're the worst service and Lima Ohio cuz my aunt stuff got thrown out and they told us they got to the 10 of April and it throw that out today and won't tell us what they did with her stuff so I'll rate them as a one I think they're through horrible service and Lima Ohio
