Viewed a property this week with TPG’s representative and I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. We had the unfortunate circumstance of receiving a parking ticket in Allston MA during the brief showing and after a few calls with Daniel (our rep) and Sam Resnick, we were compensated appropriately. Everyone was tremendously courteous and understanding throughout the process, we did not end up renting from them, but I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rentals!!
I worked with Matt and found a great new place just across the street from my where I was currently living. He let me in to tour the place, let me know no one else had applied yet, and was very laid back and informative with the application process. I ended up applying and got the place the next day! Matt was very communicative and all went well. Matt introduced me to my new landlord who is a gem and everything went swimmingly from there. I love my new place and I'm very happy with how my search turned out!
