I had a frustrating experience with this hospital’s scheduling. I booked an appointment 15 days ago, but the reminder email showed a different time. When I arrived, the front desk insisted I should have remembered the original time instead of following their reminder. Despite explaining that I’ve been dealing with a persistent health issue for over a month and needed urgent care, they offered me the next available appointment a week later and suggested I go to urgent care instead. Dr Parks and her group have been wonderful during both of my pregnancies. I really appreciate their professionalism and how personable they are. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone having a baby or seeking general womens care.
I have seen all three doctors throughout my pregnancies! Dr. Parks has delivered both of my babies and she is the best of the best! I saw Dr.Ahmed throughout both pregnancies and have nothing but good things to say about her. The providers take the time to listen to you and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Not only are the providers great but the front desk is super friendly as well!
Dr. Parks is incredible and I could not recommend her enough! I have never gone to a doctor that takes so much time and care to really listen and take the time to get to know you. She is so knowledgeable and extremely caring and instantly makes you feel like family! The personal care you will receive from her is something that is extremely rare to find.
