This office does not care about you. Will look for any reason to cancel your appointment and then tell you nothing is available for weeks. Rude front desk and they have no professionalism at all. Just a big corporation trying to push people through multiple hoops until they get so frustrated, they look elsewhere.

If you’re anything like me and you’re on the search for a new women’s clinic to be a patient of after a few bad experiences at other clinics, do not look any further and be a patient here! I first saw Dr. Baldassaro for my initial dating appointment and she was as sweet as a button. She really took time to hear my story & offer hope when I received some bad news. I had a frustrating experience with this hospital’s scheduling. I booked an appointment 15 days ago, but the reminder email showed a different time. When I arrived, the front desk insisted I should have remembered the original time instead of following their reminder. Despite explaining that I’ve been dealing with a persistent health issue for over a month and needed urgent care, they offered me the next available appointment a week later and suggested I go to urgent care instead. Dr Parks and her group have been wonderful during both of my pregnancies. I really appreciate their professionalism and how personable they are. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone having a baby or seeking general womens care.

I have seen all three doctors throughout my pregnancies! Dr. Parks has delivered both of my babies and she is the best of the best! I saw Dr.Ahmed throughout both pregnancies and have nothing but good things to say about her. The providers take the time to listen to you and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Not only are the providers great but the front desk is super friendly as well!
