I did and application in November and Amanda was very nice and was able to get everything verified in a timely manner however, they were waiting on Stephanie to do my employment verification and I called her several times to see if it had been verified and she stated she called and left a message and which she didn't because I called my employer and she stated no one ever called her from Town parc for verification. so Stephanie is a big liar and hates to do her job she I put her on the spot she said ummmmmm no we're not gonn... read more

AVOID this complex unless you want sewage water flooding your apartments every other week. Not just 1 apartment a whole floor or even the whole building. Management doesn't do anything or care about their residents. They let your property sit in sewage while they go to lunch and don't even come to check on the residents at any point. This is not a place you want to live. It's not good for your health or your money. When they finally do get someone to come out it's usually hours later and they dont thoroughly check the apartm... read more
