This shopping center has been recently refurbished somewhat. Unfortunately it is still home to many homeless and they are charging very high rent. I personally don't think it looks very good.
I think this place got a major update looks really nice. .. the stores there are missing their signs maybe there was an issue with them or something I don't know. My mother owns a store here and her son was removed but it was not put back up. She had just purchased that sign too.
