I went for oil change, they took 2 hours to finish it after that they made hole in the driver seat and when i told him about it they said that is 6 years old car and that is not our fault, the seat was in perfect condition before oil change and there's no wear in the seat. The guy from mazda Richardson his name is Alex Tsvang called me twice today and he told me if i didn't remove my review, they will not allow me to enter Mazda Richardson again or any Mazda dealership in USA.
