Poor service Our salesman was very nice and offered us a great deal via email before we went in there. Once we got there, however, and got half-way through the paperwork, their "heavy" came in and was extremely condescending towards us. He offered us a price for our trade in that was $4500 less than the blue book value and was so rude to us that we left. We'll never go back there again.
They wont even kiss you before they try to @#&! you! Giving this dealership 1 star is being too generous. Please, anyone of thinking of buying a mazda or any car stay faaaar away from this place. Hands down the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life..!!! This place is disgusting from the dirty interior of the place to the greasy, lying sales people. The Dealer Lied to sell the car I purchased a Mazda 3, 5 door and I have to say that I love it. When I purchased the car I made sure to ask if the CD player would play mp3s and the sales lady asked her boss and came back and said it does, so I went ahead and purchased the car. I drove the car for about 2 weeks the decided to burn some mp3 cds and check out the stereo and it did not work. Hassle free and top notch service! I'm the type of person who usually doesn't write reviews, but I do try to read a lot of them before I spend my hard earned money. Don't go to Mazda! PLs!!!! Rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Poor customer service. That Kaz has no breeding! Don't go to this dealer. They won't treat you like a customer and will tell you that the bank is paying them not you.
Stoked on my Mazda5 Purchased a Mazda5 from Westcott Mazda and couldn't be happier! The salesman was very informative and got me the perfect car with all the options I wanted at a great price! A+ experience!
Horrible Experience!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! The finacing department (or should I say individual) at Westcott Mazda in Nation City happily gave us the absolute worst customer service / buying experience I have ever had. Tricky PEOPLE! Lied about my warranty! They were very nice in the begining until I signed the papers. When I test drove the car, they brakes squeked & they said it was because the car was sitting there & it hadn't been driven. Also because it was cold outside & it needed to warm up. Satisfied Buyer!! I normally can't stand buying cars. But I just purchased my brand new Mazda 3 from Westcott Mazda and the negotiating was pressure free. I got a good deal, the salesperson was knowledgeable and nice, and they honored everything they told me over the phone. Yes, i would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an easy car buying experience.
