Great sales staff I recently went to westcott mazda, I was looking for a mazda6. I wanted a V6. I looked online and found the car I wanted at Westcott Mazda. When I went down to get the car I spoke with the sales manager, we did some calculations and figured that the car I wanted would cost me to much, however he offered another mazda6 that was used. Poor service Our salesman was very nice and offered us a great deal via email before we went in there. Once we got there, however, and got half-way through the paperwork, their "heavy" came in and was extremely condescending towards us. He offered us a price for our trade in that was $4500 less than the blue book value and was so rude to us that we left. We'll never go back there again.

Good service/Great Car I was looking to down size my current 8 cyclindar car. I sold the car and was looking at Mazda's and Toyota's. A friend recommended Wescott Mazda. They had a good selection of cars, and I told them I was just looking and they said okay...I got the salesperson's name and after looking over the lot, I went and located him. Mazda Customer My grandfather and I went to this dealership back in 2003, He ended up surprising me by getting me a Mazda Millenia. It was all ok, The sales guy was very convinving that this would be a good car and it is but they failed to tell me that the car was previously crashed! When later on It was pointed out by one of the friends that the whole back bumper had some cheap paint and was starting to peel. Never ever shop at the Westcott dealership in National City. These guys r Crooks!
Be careful! Dishonest dealer! They promised me a price on a car then when I went in to sign the paperwork, some how the price went up. The salesman would not admit to it until I confronted the guy about it. Go somewhere else!
Tricky PEOPLE! Lied about my warranty! They were very nice in the begining until I signed the papers. When I test drove the car, they brakes squeked & they said it was because the car was sitting there & it hadn't been driven. Also because it was cold outside & it needed to warm up. I beleived everything they told me. I'm a first time car buyer. I just bought the car on Wednesday, & they told me my car had a 36,000 mile warranty w/them or 3 years.
