Worst manicure I’ve gotten in so long. Left my fingers a mess with polish all over. Had to re do two of my nails because she was in a rush for some reason ( there was no one in there except me ) put lotion on before drying. Cut my cuticle it started to bleed .. then proceeded to file the area that she cut ? Then when I was leaving the manager said “ did you tip her ?” … who does that ? I threw a few dollars her way but I wish I said no & spoke up. I don’t know how they stay in business.

I went in to get a fill in and I regret not walking out and going somewhere else. I showed two pictures of what I’d like to get, the first one of a split heart design and it was immediately shot down, the second one was an image with black with red skinny french tips and a heart on one nail. the woman doing my nails called the other employees over and they all laughed at me for wanting black nails and made me feel embarrassed for wanting something different. the station I was sat at was also dirty, the paper towel had not be... read more

Terrible salon. I wish I could give it 0 stars, they are literally scamming you for your money. My little sister went to get her nails done for her 13th birthday. It was a dip set and they charged 10 dollars extra for a French tip which was also dipped, not painted. The nails were terrible. They didn’t shape them, they were lumpy, and they didn’t do what she wanted at ALL either. She wanted a simple French tip set with a heart painted on 2 nails, simple. If you are looking for a nail salon look no further. This salon has amazing service, friendly and professional staff, and a well maintained environment. My family and I absolutely love this nail salon and go all the time. Highly recommend to try it out.

This is the second time I visit Town Nails to get a gel manicure and both experiences have been great. Lisa makes my gel polish looks perfect. The ambiance is quiet and very relaxing. The other customers are very respectful and no one is on their phones. I look for a peaceful and relaxing nail salon and finally found it.
