Dr. Bolyn is the absolute best! She has taken excellent care of my Nilla since 2005! Nilla has seen Dr. King (who is awesome as well) but the staff at Town & Country know Nilla as soon as we walk (or limp as in the last few visits) in the door! They are caring and and very loving towards my 12 year old pup and are very patient when explaining to me needed treatments! They are the BEST!!! From the Doctors to the staff, they do a wonderful job taking care of our fur babies. Would recommend them to anyone.
I have no complaint about the care being provided here, in fact it seemed better than average. My concern is the cost for services. In my case, Dr. King personally quoted me $500 to $600 for surgery on my dog. The next day, I get a call with a new quote of $800 to $1000 and the reason given was because of incidentals and a required vaccine. When I expressed my feeling of being lied to by the doctor and I "argued" the incidentals, the gal on the phone had no legitimate response.
