Professional and caring staff, especially Diana! It's humbling to know how much they care about the community, especially organizations like Sparkle Cat Rescue!
Have been with Town N’ Country since Dr. Peterson. Dr. King and Dr. Bolynn have done a fantastic job in maintaining the same level of care and professionalism. It is obvious they CARE about the pet as well as the owner! Would highly recommend them to anyone!
I started coming to Town 'N' Country when one of my cats was 9 weeks old. She had some truly spectacular skin allergies through the first year of her life, and Dr. Bolynn helped me figure out the problem (wheat!) and gave me tips on what food to buy. When I acquired my second cat, he promptly became my problem child, and it seemed like we were in the office every six months with yet another life threatening emergency. I have been going here for over 35 years and I would never take my fur child any where else. Their love and concern for your children can not be matched. They have held me when having to put a pet down and they have been there with me through 2 knee surgeries with our Maddie in the past year. We tried a new med for Maddie to travel this weekend and Dr King returned my "concerned mom" call within minutes to give me advice and help me get Maddie comfortable for her trip home. I just love the Staff here. They are professional, understanding and caring all at the same time... They are intelligent and safe, I feel that my dogs are safe when they are there.
I took my cat there yesterday for a scheduled appointment and the staff and doctor were very helpful as my cat can be combative. He got his vaccine under sedation and the staff spent a lot of time with us,as we were once again worried about him getting sedated. My only complaint, and I am afraid it is making me consider another vet, AND I have written this review before, it is WAY TOO LOUD IN YOUR WAITING AREA! They are so wonderful here. So helping and caring. Best vet I have ever had!!!
I have a multi- multi pet household with seniors 17 and 23. I will not take my pets anywhere else. The veterinarians are highly educated, the staff are professional and extremely caring and everyone is very compassionate. I am happy that I always receive quality care and highly recommend them for all your pets needs.
