OK housing Spent one year at this complex. Rooms tend toward the small side. Location could be better, especially with construction ongoing at Pleasant Valley Rd. Also very loud at night, with many students partying all around. Fights and vandalism also happens pretty often. Nice facilities, however.
Dishonest Office Staff I lived in this complex for one year. It was new when we moved in, and there were many problems, including a live hornets nest in my closet. There were 4 girls in my apartment and we were all very clean and tidy people. When we moved out, the apartments charges us to replace the carpet, counter tops, and other ridiculous things that were not damaged at all.
