THIS PLACE IS A SCAM OWNED BY A SLUM-LORD!!!!! I lived here for a few months, first the landlord asked for $1800 deposit due to my credit...the apt that we moved into was leaking...then the landlord (GLEN) asked us to moved to a different apt. After we moved he asked us to PAY THE DAMAGE-ROOF LEAK OUT OF MY POCKET!!! Then he never gave us our deposit back! If someone out there can help me get this issue resolve and put this landlord out of biz....please let me know.
Town House Apartments !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I use to live there for few months The owner took our $725 deposit for nothing The Apartment was clean we fixed the place before we left , The owner said that he will send us the deposit but we gor $80 back insted of $800.00.
