Lived here for almost a year and the management has gone from bad to even worse. Their coutersy officer is an actual police officer who takes his role entirely to far and is what gives other security officers a bad name. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE! In the hallways, apartments, and I've complained about it several times. Hardwood floors in the apartments are disgusting, got mine redone and hey only done a small circle and it was still DISGUSTING. Not to mention the lack of upgraded appliances.
