Awful!!! Josh who sold me 2 cars was a great salesman, not knowing sold me a car that had problems that have been ignored by Town Hill Au͏to. Shame! Shame! Shame! Josh was a great salesman and despite that, sold my sister a car that had problems that were ignored by Town Hill Au͏to. It was brought to the attention of service right away and several times since then. Town Hill Au͏to failed to acknowledge the problem, blamed a salesperson who left, and stated they showed no record of complaint, which several had been made over time. RecommendedWe recently had car trouble oin I95 near New London on the first leg of our vacation and had our care towed to Town Hill Auto. Oryn the Service Manager was extremely helpful in diagnosting the potenital mechanical issues and guiding us on next steps. We decided to store the car ( we had two cars on the trip) and Kyle, one of the mechanics, actually helped us re-pack from one care to the other. We are forunate we found Town Hill Auto!
