Positives: I really liked the way my hair turned out. The woman that cut my hair was great! Negatives: Poor management. I left work early for my appointment and ended up waiting over an hour! The place was packed and clearly very overbooked. My appointment was booked on top of others also. The front desk staff did not care when I told them I wasnt happy with my experience. Also, they do not allow you to tip on the credit card when you pay! They tell you to use an ATM, which of course makes you pay a fee to withdrawal. It's a... read more
