What's the point in making an appointment if it's gonna take 3 hours for an alignment. Their like turtles.
Wish I could give it a 0. Not professional. I made an appt and the guy was talking to the person next to me the whole time I was checking in. They told me 1.5-2 hr wait. I called 3 hours later and my car was next to go in. At 5+ hours it was ready which was 2 hrs after they closed. Driving home going about 40 mph and my car shook. Not like I could take it back as the place was closed and closed on Sunday. I bring it in to have someone look at it and it will be “2 hrs.” Never again will I go here. Amazing and the guys were so welcoming. They took me right in as I explained what I needed done and they worked with me and my budget. Best tire place I have been to ever. Great job and Joe thanks again.
Scheduled an appointment for an alignment, and when I show up on time they tell me they don't have an alignment tech in to do the work! Thanks for waisting my time that I had to schedule out of work!
Really bad service the manager TYLER SCHOFIELD scream and call liar to the customer not recommended to anyone bring the car over here they broke my car and don't do anything to fixed.... NO GOOD SERVICE THE MANAGER TYLER SCHOFIELD NO GOOD PERSON
If someone wants an honest opinion, like my post and I will give you one. I was there yesterday and it was a bad expert which turned out for the best.
Purchased 2 snow tires here recently, the price was decent and they had the car ready when promised. The customer service however was not very good. The service counter person was not personable at all and I certainly didn't get the feeling they appreciated my business.
So glad I got my tires here & got the warranty! When I had a flat today, they repaired it free of charge in no time at all. The guys couldn't have been any nicer!
