This is the most professional and efficient location I have ever used? Made appt for an alignment yesterday for this afternoon. Had to get a tire plugged because of a nail, had alignment, tire rotated and balanced. All done within an hour. Nothing but a pleasant experience. Clean store and waiting area. Will not go to another location again! Very satisfied customer!
Great service. I've been there several times, usually just for air. But today, I had a flat tire emergency. The manager and Nigel, were excellent. Thank you.

Very Long story, frustrating day trying to get tires on my Volvo. We discovered that my car had anti-theft lug nuts on my car and could not locate the key. Went to two tire places and no one could help I called Town Fair in Falmouth and spoke with Huck. We arrived and he and his team did everything to find a solution short of going to my dealer in Hyannis. I had an appointment here. I went and dropped off my car. I was told it would take 20 minutes to get in the bay and 40 minutes to do the work. I gave them the keys and left. When I went back I was told my car never even went to the bay. I went to leave and found that my window had been rolled down. When I asked why someone was in my car and rolled down my window when they didn't take it to the bay I was told it was their word against mine if the window was down. The manager was a complete jerk.
