I preordered tires to arrive monday I called Saturday morning. Set an apt for 8 am Wednesday. Got there they only had three of the tires had to wait a hour found that out after getting a call at 9 for them to then have to retrieve the fourth one from another site then wait another hour for the alignment to be all said to be done within twenty minutes now being 10 am. Wasn't done till 11. Which didn't inform me all in all a three hour wait with a angry two year old. A good day turned wrong. �
Paperwork says lifetime guarantee on workmanship so I bring my truck in for a wheel vibration and they won't re-balance the tires because it's only guaranteed for 30 days. Apparantly lifetime means 1 month to them. Only had tires 2 months. UPDATE: Brought my truck to the Goodyear up the street and had the alignment redone. The nuts on the inner and outer tie rods were frozen in place. It means Town Fair couldn't have made any adjustments on the front end like they say they did. Went to have a tire fixed (road hazard) & they refused. 30k on a 60k mile tire and they refused to fix it. BULLSHIT!!!
Decent price for the area. Have been going to them for years with no problems.
Went in late Oct- early Nov looking for tires for my daughters car. She just got her license and has no experience driving in the snow. I had 2 options and went with the more expensive because I was told a much better tire. Today I got stuck with it so I got myself unstuck and put my Honda Accord in same spot with 2 year old tires with 30,000 miles on it and drove right out. Hankook- General NOT HAPPY
Everyone was pleasant and my car rides great. They sold us the exact tires we wanted.
Brought my rims with new tires to them and they are so lazy they don't even want to put tires on. They say I must only buy tires from them. What a joke. Head down the street to Goodyear, they will do them for a good price
