Never coming back again. Refuse to mount brand new tires unless you buy from them. What a rip off
I made an appointment for four tires three days in advance. When the day arrived it took 1/2 an hour to find the tires ... it took three tries because the front desk staff person didn’t know the difference between 55 series and 50 series. Two hours later when the car rolled out I discovered the two front unidirectional tires were installed backwards. Can’t thank the guys here enough. Got me taken care of before the storm! Last minute on my part and they bailed me out! Place was packed and the service was fast. Definitely recommend.
Horrible place. Needed 2 new tires for the truck. I wanted a different brand than the OEMs, but tech said they had to be the same because it's all-wheel drive (neither is true). Had an appointment, but still had to wait 2+ hours for 2 tires and alignment. It drove awfully on the way home, so I called and talked to the manager. He said, "You rotated the rears to the front? You should have had them balanced." Who is the tire expert, I ask you? So I have to go all the way back to have them balanced for an additional $40. Manage... read more
Never had a bad experience there,upon my arrival a sales person named Hugo who was very helpful and took care of setting up my appointment.
Good service when I was there but the tires didn't even last 20,000 miles and I'm still waiting for the refund my husband has called several times about and that we were already told it was sent out...
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Reasonable prices and free rotations for the life of the tires.
