I've been here for almost two hours waiting to get new tires and they are telling me it's going to be another 40 minutes. They left my window open to boot and it's raining. I had to go close the window myself. I spent over $600.00 and I had to ask what the delay was. You think they would treat their customers better. Never coming back.
Arrived at 730am to be the first person in. After 2 hours they're weren't done on a simple 2 wheel tire change. Ridiculous!
Disgusting company. Nasty people. Incompetent manager and regional manager. Do not ever use this company. If they treat customers like garbage it means they are garbage.
