RecommendedHad to get a tire plugged and was told it will be a few hours. not even an hour later I got a call to pick up car.
Very pleased with Hawley Lane TFT, specifically Jose! I had just gotten 4 new tires in December from another TFT, but had a slow leak in my left rear. I my car in to the original TFT I bought them from and they found nothing and kept me there for 3 hours. I brought it to Jose, he found the problem and he fixed it in 20 mins for no charge! I will definitely be back when my other cars need tires. Love working with honest, caring people!!
I would’ve given five stars but a couple of things bother me. First, The guy who helped me was really nice BUT , I specifically told him how much I wanted to spend and twice he went over that amount by over $100. When I reaffirmed that I did not want to and could not go over the price I specified ,he switched to different tires in my price range. I always go to other internet tire sites to compare prices and if I find it at a lower price TFT matches the price. I was there recently and had a good experience.
No respect for your time. Was told make an appointment and it will be 1-1 1/2 hours lol took 2 hours and 50 minutes. Shameful �
I had just bought a used 4runner but the previous owner had a problem with the balancing on the tires he bought somewhere else. Joe and Michael were able to rebalance the 4 tires in a reasonable time and suggested the package that included an alignment when I asked if there was time for an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the seats were in the waiting area, TV, soda machine, coffee. Michael even had suggestions for local shopping. A great location for TFT.
They have screwed men twice in the last few months. Brought my Range Rover in for 4 new tires, text me car was ready, only out on 3 tires and put 4th in the trunk area. Said "we can't get one lug nut off, maybe you should bring it to a mechanic" !! Really, your a tire place, you tell me to bring it to a mechanic. Mechanic had it off in approximately 3 minutes.
