Brought my car in for a simple alignment and left with the car driving worse than when it came in and all 4 of my wheels are scratched up.
Customer service is a ZERO! Why make an appointment when you still have to wait 40 minutes before your car gets brought in!! Steve the manager is very unprofessional, especially for a manager! The whole front of the house staff needs to be trained in Customer SERVICE! I will NOT be BACK!! I'd rather pay extra for great customer SERVICE!! Also, I watched a lady come in for 4 TIRES AT 4:45, and was turned down. They don't close until 6pm. So what if the workers had to work an extra 15-20 minutes. Got here at 9:40 and it is now 12:31. Three hours and my tires STILL are not rotated. Can't stand this place.
Always great service- never had a super long wait. Would definitely recommend.
