Instead of asking me for my wheel lock key the employees decided to root threw my entire car and personal property with out my permission and left my trunk a mess. Been a customer there since they opened in Seekonk, looks like I'll be giving tire pros my business next time. All this could have been avoided seeing that I was only in the waiting area or better yet asked me for it when they checked me in. Well the service was free I put air in my tire at Weis they said they couldn't find anything and I'm still putting air in my tire it took 3 hours nothing was accomplished but the service whatever it was was free
Impressed at how you guys don't answer the phone. Called 3x now, just trying to get some tire pricing. Maybe a manager will see this.

Tires ordered for my appointment weren't in the delivery. Stayed calm, Chris didn't give me a bunch of excuses just apologized. Then I asked him if there was a comparable set of ties in the store. I got better tires (researched while awaiting installation) than I had picked out myself, same price. :) Wait times? What? Is it the 1st time you've ever had ties put on. I like them busy. Better than an empty shop. <What does that say? Good job, Seekonk TFT. No complaints.

Twice I've tried to get tires there. 1st time when i showe9d up they wouldn't honor the price quoted me on the phone. I went to Goodyear instead. 2nd time i told them Benny's price, and they needed to confim. Three hours later i had to call them back to check. The guy didn't bother to confirm & said it would be a few days to confirm. I asked for the supervisor & was told he's going to tell me the same thing. Heading to Benny's unless i hear from them in 3 days.
I brought in my car because my low tire pressure light kept coming on. They found the tire with the problem and plugged and patched it quickly. Service was quick and professional.
