I went there yesterday for two rear tires and an alignment and was told it would be a couple hours. An associate came over and asked what car I was waiting on and then never came back to update me. It took 3 hours to get it done and they only let me know this after I had left the store. For my troubles they gave me a coupon for an alignment. I think I'll go elsewhere next time.
I had a snow tire change over. It was a very easy process. The staff was great!
Had sort of an emergency yesterday, needing a hissing tire replaced, cannot remember the name of the person that helped me but he was nothing but professional & I was in & out in less than an hour! Will definitely go back. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so easy!
