I called the office to schedule someone to come out. They scheduled me 6 days out. We're in in summer in Texas. I called another company and found someone who could come out the next day. I called to cancel the appointment 1.5 hrs later. I receive a call the next day saying they sent someone out sooner. I notified the tech that I had cancelled the appointment. I called the day before to have someone come check my system, and they came out the next day. It turned out the Freon was only low by a pound, but I went ahead with the refill to prevent any issues over the summer. When I received the bill, I was surprised to see a $155 service charge along with other unexpected fees. I was never told there would be a charge just for coming out, which was frustrating. Sent a guy out to clean coils. They said they were charging extra to clean up after the previous tech's coil cleaning. Sent him away,, never to return again!!!! Typical ploy for single women. So predictable.
