I called the day before to have someone come check my system, and they came out the next day. It turned out the Freon was only low by a pound, but I went ahead with the refill to prevent any issues over the summer. When I received the bill, I was surprised to see a $155 service charge along with other unexpected fees. I was never told there would be a charge just for coming out, which was frustrating. Sent a guy out to clean coils. They said they were charging extra to clean up after the previous tech's coil cleaning. Sent him away,, never to return again!!!! Typical ploy for single women. So predictable.
I was just needing to know what could be the problem to why my AC doesn't reach my upper room and James was able to help with that. I really appreciate him for giving me the information I needed to pass on.
