Horrible Customer Service Internet sales dept called Fri (9/10/10) and made an appt to show us a car on 9/12/10 at 10am. Drove over an hour to get there and guess what......SALESMAN WAS A NO SHOW!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We tried to call the guy (Joel) to confirm the appt....no answer! He had our number because he called us on 9/10/10 to set the appt! im happy 4sure :) i love my new F150!!!this dealer went beyond the call of duty over the weekend..this was the 6th new ford i had boughtn from town east ford,the sales and finance was non pressure and the service center is state of the art..im so glad i went online and back to them..thanks guys i will still send all of my friends and family to ya <3 ps to the guy below me..i took the lower rate through fmcc and gave up the rebate cuz i have good credit LOL

Towneast Ford Awful experience. Questionable business practices. Send a copy of my concerns to the TX AGC. I found a car on their web site for a specific price and when it came down to crunching the numbers (i) I wasn't given the advertised price of the car in the financed calculation; (ii) when I insisted that I get the priced as shown on the Internet the 2nd finance consultant said I would get the price but my finance rate would be 18%. Great service I had TWO wrecks in a 6 week period (neither my fault!) and both times my vehicle was taken to Town East Ford's Collision center. They did a great job in completing the work in a timely manner and the communication with the Town East staff was really good.
