Outstanding! I was overall satisfied with the salesmen at your facility especially A J Luna. He was our direct contact as soon as we entered the ground. He cares and he helped us get the car of our dream without any pressure. Afterwards, Derrick , the financial genius helped me to pick what was the best packet for my family in securing the car and my family future while we possessed the car . Highly Recommended! My salesman, Aaron, was wonderful and should be commended for his performance. He did not put any pressure on me. He was extremely courteous, and made me fell quite at home. The entire staff was friendly. I would like to thank all of them. I live over 120 miles away from the dealership and the trip was well worth my time. I am enjoying my new Fiesta immensely and will highly recommend Town East Ford to all my friends and family.

Job well done! I had shopped at prestige ford and it took me 10 minutes before anyone spoke with me. I had to go toe the receptionist and ask for a salesman before I was greeted by one. It was about 2pm on a Saturday. AJ met me at my car and asked if he could help me at TOWN EAST! I do not like it when 4 or 5 salesmen are gathered outside and all of them fight to get to you. Congratulations to Town East Ford Mamie Cain did a great job and went out of her way to be helpful. Kevin and Bryan jumped in and got a couple of situations resolved post hast and with great attitudes and we have the car we were hoping to have at a great price and with great service. awesome website, awesome dealership I went online to Town East Ford??s website and their internet sales team provided me with all the information I needed in order to narrow down my car search. I then did some more internet shopping on other dealer??s website to seek and compare. I found myself back at Town East getting the details on a Ford Fusion.
