I was not pleased with the cleaning that was previously done at the office, I informed the front office and was told to come back for a cleaning that was up to par with their standards. I was thoroughly impressed in the manner which I was treated. The dentist was very professional, understanding and caring. She made sure my concerns were addressed. The hygienist was AWESOME!!
No matter if you have an appointment or “drop in” as I had to today.... you are treated with utmost respect, kindness and immediate attention. This means so much and especially with today’s “in and out” appointments like so many other places and pray it’s not on a friday or you’re out of luck! This dental office offers exceptional hours and the one on one relationship that is lacking in many other places . Definitely “5 stars” from me!!
Experience was good. Had late afternoon appointment, minimum wait time. Once in the back I waited a little longer but once started things moved quickly. Would recommend others
Booked an emergency appointment at 9:00 am, and was finished with the procedure at 11:00 am. Excellent, friendly service.
Dr Chimenti is brilliant and lovely. Nothing catches her her off guard...including a walk in new patient requiring special knowledge to manage around layers of a rare medical condition. She is most considerate and open to working with me; she listened and learned and offered real solutions and assistance. Very nice facility with kind and attentive staff.
Today was my first visit to Town Center dental. Very good exam and cleaning. Thorough cleaning and the Hygienist explained everything well. I highly recommend them!
My experience was very good. They were exceptionally very nice and friendly. It was not as bad as I thought it was gonna be. Being that I had never had a deep cleaning and I was surprised. Thank you for being so courteous and making me feel very comfortable. Sincerely, Janice Dayton
