Really Appreciate the team getting me in on a short notice. When I woke up concerned about an over night issue I called the office and Michelle got me right in at a time convenient for me. With my insurance out of network I couldn’t help but take comfort in the accommodations given to me, so i chose to arrive for my appointment and pay to be reimbursed later as it was explained to me. I called the emergency line on a Saturday and was surprised someone answered. I had broken a tooth while here on vacation. They got me in first thing Monday morning. After an X-ray and an exam, I needed to have a tooth pulled. The entire staff from front to back has been nothing but amazing and caring and treat you like family. Dr.Aoun was amazing and so gentle and I didn’t feel a thing. If you are looking for an awesome dentist and great staff this is the place to go.
Visited the office Feb 6 2025, for a routine clean. They told me I needed a deep clean. I stop to buy a routine clean,.not a deep clean, so they did nothing but to charge for the x rays. They are coin chasers, would not be more visits. I decide what I want to do, not them. Bad service. After visiting two more dental offices I found that a DEEP CLEAN is mandatory in my case. I am the type of person that looks at reviews before I go, but i also experience it for myself because my experience is not the same as anyone else vice a versa. I can say that I was a little skeptable about going here because it has 3.5 stars. I am glad I didn't let that stop me from the amazing experience. I noticed all the reviews were talkig about insurance and up sales but it never said anything about how wonderful the staff and the place is. Dr. Aoun and his staff were really great at taking care of me. I'm very happy with the work done and the service provided. They were also super nice and made me feel very comfortable while I was there.
