This morning I was faced with the unfortunate ordeal of having to get my female English Bull Terrier, who recently gave birth, some medical treatment. She somehow broke her nail to the base of the quick causing her excruciating unbearable pain. I cannot recommend the staff and doctors at this location enough. They have been there for me and my pups on countless occasions. Every accident, every pill, every mistake, every time. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, wonderful folks. Dr. Jordan is a saint, Dr. E is a sweetheart, and both know more about dogs than I ever will. They have showed us more care and compassion than I ever thought possible from a vet office. Cheers to you and to your staff. You've earned it.
I can't speak highly enough of Dr Goodman. She is so amazing and patient with all of our dogs and their different personalities, including our terror of a chihuahua that is infamous there. The staff and techs there are all amazing as well!
We adopted our dog in 2007 & was told to take her to Town and Country West Vet. to get spayed. We've been going ever since and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, professional and definitely have love for pets.
I brought my 15 year old cockapoo in to see Dr Eck. The front office staff is friendly and attentive. We got back quick. Raymond, the vet tech was wonderful and very caring. Dr. Eck was very caring and they all took into consideration costs involved. I highly recommend Town and Country West!
This place is top notch. We took our new puppy in for his first visit and the level of customer service from everyone was outstanding. They took time to listen to all of our concerns and immediately loved our puppy! We will definitely be back.
