Not the best place to go I tried this clinic several times when I had to. A vet there told me my cat a very bad heart murmur and that in order to establish whether it was getting worse they had to do blood tests, ekg and clean her teeth. After several hundred dollars and them asking for more tests, I finally brought her up to Town and Country Vet in Spencer and Dr Farrell told me she heard a mild heart murmur and after several visits, no heart murmur. Friendly, Warm People I am new to to Bloomington and I think I have found the perfect vet over on the west side! They are very caring and reasonably priced. The doctor spent time with us and the facilities are very down home and cozy like Texas where I am from!! keep it up!
Reasonable price, great service I had adopted a cat from the humane society, who had a cold and they were so kind when I brought her in. They have walk-in hours which are extremely convenient, especially in cases when your pet comes down with something very fast.
Great Staff , great groom!! My dog went to get shots and a haircut. Everyone was so nice and the groomer did an excellent job on my dog. The staff answered my questions and the doctor called to check up on me. I love them!!
Doctor is amazing The vet is wonderful. She has spent 40 minutes on the phone with me on several occasions working through my cat's behavioral problems. I was so worried about my cat and she understood and took my concerns seriously.
Wouldn't fax me my dog's medical history I called to request a faxed copy of my dog's immunization records for an event I was taking him to (proof of rabies vaccination) and the woman on the phone refused! This seems completely insane to me.
