Good doctor, Bad desk My doggie had an upper respiratory infection. When I finally got to the doctor she was great, but the two people at the desk forgot why I was there three times in the 20 minutes I was waiting! Can I help you? What are you here for? The same thing I was here for when I came in 20 minutes ago. I'll use them again if I must.
Dog groomer I took my dog there to be groomed. It was a horrible job. Clever how I had to pay for it before I was allowed to see my dog. I had a bad feeling after meeting her and wished I had listened to it. My dog was clean and her nails were clipped, the rest I will have to find someone else to fix.
Doctor is amazing The vet is wonderful. She has spent 40 minutes on the phone with me on several occasions working through my cat's behavioral problems. I was so worried about my cat and she understood and took my concerns seriously.
very upset! I took my $ month old jack Russel in there, that had gotten hit by a car, and ohh guess what!!? they couldn't help them because all of the Vets were on vacation! WOW, NOT A GOOD PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PETS! i took my puppy to Arlington heights in Bloomington, And they were awesome!
Best Vet Tech ever This is a wonderful vet clinic all due to your excellent Vet Tech Amanda. She is helpful from start to finish. She deserves a huge raise for all she does. Thanks for the love and care and hard work you do for that clinic and the animals.
Great People and Service Your Vet Tech Amanda was a great help with our dog. Even though he is a big dog she seemed at ease and very helpful answering all of our questions. Great clinic we'll tell our friends thanks.

Great job Mandy and Town and Country This is such a rare jewel to find. The day shift when I went was so friendly. This woman who seemed to be two things at once stopped to say hello to my dog and talk to me for a minute about her. Mandy was the womans name. Thank you Mandy and Town and Country for being so friendly and taking care of my dog.
